SCRI’s call center is equipped with Voxco CATI (Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing) system which allows our interviewers to accurately record responses onto our computer network as they conduct the surveys or interviews. We utilize the most up-to-date industry statistical analysis programs, STAT-XP and SPSS. We maintain a paid, professional interviewing staff held to the highest standards many who have worked with us for over a year. We typically conduct random digit dial surveys to both landline and cell phones but will also use a listed sample.
